DMCA Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that content available on sheetmusicgo infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA notice to our designated Copyright Agent. Your notice must include the following details:

1.Authorization: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

2.Copyrighted Work: A clear description of the copyrighted work(s) you claim have been infringed. For multiple works, please provide a representative list.

3.Infringing Material: Specific identification of the material in question, including sufficient information (e.g., URLs) to allow us to locate it.

4.Contact Information: Your full contact details, including address, phone number, and email.

5.Declaration: A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the material’s use is unauthorized by law or the copyright owner.

6.Accuracy: A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Submit your notice via email to copyright@sheetmusicgo.com. Incomplete or improperly formatted notices may not be processed.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that has been deleted (or access has been disabled) is not infringing, or if you have the copyright owner, copyright owner agent, or legal authorization to publish and use the material in your content, you can send a protest notice to the copyright agent containing the following information:

1.Your Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

2.Removed Content: Identification of the removed material and its original location.

3.Good-Faith Statement: A statement that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.

4.Contact & Jurisdiction: Your name, address, phone number, and email, along with consent to the jurisdiction of federal courts in San Francisco, California, and acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Upon receipt, sheetmusicgo will forward your counter-notification to the original complainant. The removed content may be reinstated within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files legal action.
